Omegon children's step - so kids can enjoy the view too
Of course parents can always enjoy the view through the Bonview coin-operated binoculars. But children will always want to see what mum and dad are looking at too. But the problem is that the height the eyepiece is set at is too high for children, especially small children. And that's where this accessory comes in - the Omegon children's step makes using these sightseeing binoculars a pleasure for even small children.
The advantages in a nutshell
- made completely of metal - robust, durable and a match for all weather conditions
- raises the level - distance between eyepiece and step is just 125cm
- can take up to 150 kilograms
Children under 10 are usually too short for the viewing height that the Bonview is set at. They need a step to be able to see into the eyepiece when the instrument is pointing at the horizon. Otherwise they would only be able to look up into the sky but not, as a rule, at the attraction the instrument is set up to look at.
Step reduces the distance to 125 centimetres
The children's step reduces the Bonview's viewing height to 125cm - sufficient for children of 6 or 7 to be able to use the instrument normally - official average sizes indicate that children in this age range are between 120 and 125 centimetres in height.
In harmony with the sightseeing instrument's design
The step features a semi-circular arch design that fits tightly around the column above the foot of the instrument. The footboard is made of 10mm thick steel with a grooved aluminium surface which ensures firm footing when using the instrument. It is even strong enough to be able to safely take a person weighing up to 150 kilograms
