Uranus is the furthest planet that we can just about see with the naked eye. It takes the green-blue gas ball 84 years to orbit the Sun once. The moons Titania and Oberon can be observed with simple telescopes.
The poster shows the five large moons Miranda, Ariel, Umbriel, Titania and Oberon in fascinating images taken by the Voyager probe in 1986, which is the only probe to have visited the gas planet to date.
Uranus has at least 16 other moons that were only discovered after 1985 and orbit the planet at distances of over 20 million kilometres in some cases.
